Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of returns, only items that are sealed and undamaged in any manner may be returned.

Our goal is to initiate every return within 48 hours of delivery.

In case of replacements, you must give us a photo or a video of the damaged item (if, in the odd case, your products come damaged).

We will provide you a replacement or refund once we have authorised returns. If you receive a refund on the original credit or debit card you used to make the purchase, return shipping fees can also be charged. Items that might have been flawed, damaged, or mistakenly delivered will all be fully refunded.
